About the concert
Featuring music from the 9th to the 20th centuries, this collection of Royal Music from across the ages in Europe provides a perfect opportunity to celebrate the heritage of modern royalty as the Queen enters her eigth decade of reign: the longest and the best. Feast your ears upon pieces by Josquin, Tallis, Byrd, Purcell, Walton, and even King Henry VIII himself.
As with all our events, this concert is appropriate for all ages, and can act as an excellent introduction to music from past generations.
Tickets will be available on the door.
Refreshments will be served before and after the concert.
